Please shut up, as someone who has bought drugs in their lifetime, I can ASSURE you that they don’t cost 3 dollars man.

Absolutely and besides. Why is it a problem anyway?
They’re homeless! They don’t go on vacation or to the movies, the beach or out to dinner. Getting high might be the only relaxing thing that they can do.
Addiction is another issue and should be addressed but that doesn’t apply to everyone.
