Show yours. I'm on a sober journey now, but I am not doing cold turkey. I've found that doing it cold turkey lead to a bunch of pressure and guilt. The best I can do right now is lessen how much fast food I have and lessen the bottles drank per week.
I lessened the bottles per week and it really helped My eyes were pretty much the same when i started. Glazed. But noticed a massive difference as the weeks went by I drank in the week (quite a lot) But i can now say i drink only 2 days a week and no spirits . I tend to drink lesser percentage now. And plus i got to the point where i am able to say no i have drank enough. That was something i couldn't ever do is say no Today my eyes look a lot better. The glaze has gone and the weight dropped off Be kind to yourself because there will be days where everything is shit
@HellsBelle I believe you're holding a grudge against me. Besides that, you're wearing makeup to make yourself less real. Additionally, simply because I happen to have colored lights on in my room you say I'm not being real. I find that very convoluted, insincere, and cold.
@MartinTheFirst .....*jaw drop*. sir I don't remember you or know you from one user to the next. zero grudges. Also...how can I put "makeup" on my eye??? I didn't say look at my skin...but my eye. so... huh??? My eye pic was done in light, yours was done with dim purple light and I can't make out any features.
