When is a priest (or someone equivalent) obligated to tell law enforcement

@being @caPnAhab medical professionals cannot say anything either. Only under certain circumstances, like child abuse or if there's a current investigation going on and the police involve them, but that's rare. But a random confession is never enough to report to police. First of all you can't even prove that they told you that or that it's true.
