If you lost your job for whatever reason would you have enough money to manage everything until finding something else?

The simple answer is NO, Most Consumers don't have $400.00 for any emergency or contingency for any reason. Why else would the American Public salivate over these utterly useless "Stimulus Payments" and the subsequent "Child Tax Credit"?! If the US Consumers were actually Economically and Financially stable, we wouldn't even have to have this discussion to begin with nor would we even have to concern ourselves with Inflation...
