The British slang word WANKER is making a comeback and I love it

If you're American can you PLEASE also call people wankers cause I would like that even better.

Nah here in the US it wouldn't sound like an insult and half the people would probably find it funny because it doesn't have a history here.
I wasn't aware that it had disappeared in the UK.
