Im from Saudi and been in the Uk for 4 months so far

Have not seen a single Drive thru atm since I came here.
In Saudi there there is at least 1 in every street 😂
I think it’s the heat and ppl not wanting to leave their car that made drive thru atms popular in Saudi .

Are drive thru atms popular where you are from ?

We have them in the U.S., and they get a lot of use, but it sounds as if they are more densely distributed in Saudi Arabia than here. Lots of people here pay for almost everything with credit cards and do not use cash often.

Saudis don’t use cash often either . Barely used it in Saudi.
I think it’s more common in Saudi due to heat
It’s more convenient to drive thru atms
