Why is this dudes comments always hidden?

I haven't muted or blocked him, and his comments are always tame, never abusive, always pretty polite, no NSFW words, etc

and he seems pretty chill

I know there's a user on here who had a warning for pedophilia and has had their comments marked as sensitive ever since
