It seems like you might be trying out some new material. There's nothing wrong with doing that of course, but a line like this depends on delivery and that's nearly impossible to test in this kind of forum.
I suggest a slight pause after "I'm so lonely..." before giving the rest. Basically, the rest becomes the punch line. I would be ready with another fresh quip just in case this one falls flat.
