Being called ugly means what?

White people call me ugly all the time.

Arab, Italian, Greek, Eastern European, and South Asian women think I'm a Chad.

In the West, sure, I am ugly. Amongst the rest of the world including my own people, no, I am not ugly.

Last person who said I was ugly was a 30 year old man who was completely bald, short, fat, ugly, and wore glasses. So, I tend not to take people like that too serious. Considering college girls still give me "the look" and I'm about to turn 26 in 4 months means I must be doing something right....
