I remember back in high school, I'd always do WAY better in presentations if I just did them the previous night. The sleep deprivation sucked up all the energy I'd otherwise expend overthinking things & generally being anxious.

Then u feel motivated to do more, and u do and it feels good. And you feel like this is it, my life will be different. Then the next day comes and you start doing your old habits things and couple weeks later you still think about that one day you were productive and how good it felt, yet you still do nothing and live in misery and anxiety. 💩
