I left a few social media recently and ive been feeling A LOT better to be honest. I'm back here but don't expect me to be really active or respond to messages still.
I dont want to go into too much detail but taking a break has felt so good for my mental health. I've basically just been reading and meditating and relaxing and haven't been on social media at all for a few days.

Do what I do and just post and check in sporadically. Its best not to spend extended time here. Its actually fun to pop in and see whats going on and then leave
