I'm 46 and I don't know how much washing powder to use. I just put a scoop in.
It says on the box about light, normal and heavily soiled. How do I know how much I soil my clothes ?

It depends on how full your wash load is. Use a little if it's light.

@Spoiledbrat that's what I tend to do but I don't know what amount to add, I just go for medium all the time.
