I'm 46 and I don't know how much washing powder to use. I just put a scoop in.
It says on the box about light, normal and heavily soiled. How do I know how much I soil my clothes ?

Light is if you wash after one yse, heavy is if you've worn them so long they smell or you have stains on them. (My personal opinion)

I'd go for normal 99% of the time.
