@Moon3624 not technically. Abuse is a crime. Sadly your country doesn’t have the best track record for how your women are treated.
@LilithoftheTrees That is a completely separate topic. Nobody is claiming Saudi Arabia is a utopia for women but clearly their stance on reproductive rights is ahead of many red states.

@LilithoftheTrees To her, Saudi Arabia is Utopia and Islam is the solution for humanity. Believe me; there is no point in having a conversation about these topics with her. Lol
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow To me it all falls under women's rights.
@LilithoftheTrees Technically it does. But playing this game you can nullify any progress in any country because there is always going to be something that is bad.
@LilithoftheTrees There is no such thing as a perfect society so dismissing progress because the society as a whole hasn't got everything perfect yet is counter productive.

I never claimed such thing 🤷‍♀️
Do I love my homeland ? Yes
But
I don’t believe my gov or country is perfect and never claimed it’s the best
We lack in many areas actually.

But sure continue to spread your hate .
and if you hate convos with me
Then simply don’t get on my posts last time I checked I wasn’t forcing you
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow I didn’t dismiss anything. We were having a conversation.
@LilithoftheTrees I mean in the west people like to pretend we are so much better than anyone else but in Canada and the USA raping your spouse was not a crime when my own parents got married in the 1970s.
@LilithoftheTrees
I didn’t dismiss anything. We were having a conversation.
That is kind of the very definition of not acknowledging victories and focusing exclusively on the negative.
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Progress is slow. That’s why the laws passed in your country now are so shocking to me.

“Sadly your country doesn’t have the best track record for how your women are treated.“

If we look at the record
Which is basically the history of any country
None Get such title

But what surprises me is the change of topic and throwing a big broad statement that I can even say about usa and many other countries
LookingForTheSummer · 31-35, M
@Moon3624 I don't hate. It was just an observation.
And I have no problem with listening to/reading people whom I disagree with.
@Moon3624 I realize that. But in fairness we were talking about your country specifically. We can discuss how mine treat women as well if you like.
Moon3624 · 18-21, F
@LookingForTheSummer no u were straight up assuming

And telling ur assumptions ab me to other ppl which is a whole other level of disrespect
@LilithoftheTrees
That’s why the laws passed in your country now are so shocking to me.
What are you talking about?
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow The Roe VS Wade issue. I apologise if I incorrectly assumed you are American.
LookingForTheSummer · 31-35, M
@Moon3624 And out of nowhere, you assumed I "hate".

At least it's very obvious where my "assumption" comes from. Almost every comment and post you leave here support what I say, and you are never open to any criticism about your religion and country.
On the other hand, without any valid reason, simply because you didn't like my comment, you tell me I "hate". Nice logic.
@LilithoftheTrees I see. Nope, I am truly alarmed by what is going on next door in the USA.
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Same here. Sorry about that…
Moon3624 · 18-21, F
@LookingForTheSummer
I am open to criticism and I criticize my own country sometimes with constructive criticism
No country should ever be content with their present anyways but aspire to improve always.

But I do stand against blatant lies or misconceptions
Esp when someone deliberately gets off topic.

And I didn’t assume ur “hate “
You straight up shared things ab me to someone else in a rude manner
without asking me first what is my stance.

And if u r weirdly bothered by the fact I am from Saudi and that I post ab it and ur filled with negativity to share
Then
simply get off my content

Another assumption. Lol
Moon3624 · 18-21, F
@LookingForTheSummer if it’s just an assumption then I am glad
Then that means ur not bothered and actually like it

So it’s a win for me 😝💕
