Wrap it good so if you hit it nothing will injure it more. Wear bigger shoe if possible. Buy a cheap pair from walmart or something. It will take a long time to heal but it will.
Toe nails are dif than fingernails. If it doesnt fall off now once that black part starts moving up it might. Or it will simply stay black until it grows out. The nail will gro backbut it is just such a long process. I was lucky enough to break my toe once and then lost the nail after smashing it in a heavy steel door.
