Does the tumeric have to go with the gua sha? Because I don't know what that is 😅

@caPnAhab nope tumeric as an anti inflammatory and gua sha for massage, or just look up sports injury massage tips; and foot soaks too, even the doc said my brother's fracture healed pretty quick, kinda obsessive but it works

@caPnAhab Supposedly some of the older consoles actually look better on those older tvs. Know a guy that has his own DIY arcade and thats exactly what he does. Not a single flat screen tv

Toe nails are dif than fingernails. If it doesnt fall off now once that black part starts moving up it might. Or it will simply stay black until it grows out. The nail will gro backbut it is just such a long process. I was lucky enough to break my toe once and then lost the nail after smashing it in a heavy steel door.

@JaggedLittlePill I just have advil to prevent swelling and pain from swelling.

I really want to avoid doctors visits if I can. But holy crap this hurts
