Was anybody else curious as a child about how we were supposed to spell letters?

Like if we can spell a number, then we must be able to spell similar characters. Okay, yes, the letter H exists, but how tf do you spell it? aich? aych?

Ya’ll 3rd grade me had to get tested for learning disabilities because I REFUSED to give this argument up.
