My brother is buying me a rodent to take care of!!! What should I name him?

I took care of a white rat, once, for a friend, and thought he was suitable to pick up and try to cuddle, because my friend was so fond of him...and he had front teeth about an inch long, very sharp...and he bit me.

So be careful. You might like the rodents, and want to cuddle them, but they won't like YOU. They only like food.

@4meAndyou Yes, but my pets won't be rats. My brother is buying me a degu and he told me that I will need them to trust me first. But they will also be babies when I get them, so they will know me.
