Why would it upset you??? Just imagine if you did all your work and no more work was forthcoming??? You'd then be out of a job and earning nothing.

@HootyTheNightOwl Where I work, we're already pushed to the limit. I go over rate. Wanna know what would make me happy? A bonus, a raise. Not, "Oh, good job. Now work harder."
@pattycakechamp That's pretty much how work works, though... they always push you to do more (preferably with a smile on your face), regardless of how much you're already doing.

@HootyTheNightOwl That's closer to torment. You should push your employees, yes, but when your rate is already causing 20+ work-related injuries a day, demanding more is not the answer.
