"Violence is the last resort of a limited mind." Isaac Asimov

"Resorting to violence indicates a lack of creativity and intelligence in problem-solving.

The essence of this quote is that individuals who resort to violence often do so because they lack the ability to find more effective, peaceful solutions to conflicts. It implies that violence is a sign of incompetence, as it reflects an inability to engage in rational thought or to utilize other means of resolution. Instead of addressing issues through dialogue, negotiation, or understanding, those who choose violence demonstrate a limited capacity for critical thinking and emotional control.

This quote can be examined through the lens of Stoicism, which emphasizes self-control and rationality. Stoic philosophy posits that true strength lies in the ability to maintain composure and make reasoned decisions, even in challenging situations. From this perspective, resorting to violence is seen as a failure to exercise emotional intelligence and moral fortitude.

Ultimately, the quote serves as a reminder of the importance of seeking non-violent solutions and the value of intellectual and emotional capabilities in resolving conflicts. It challenges us to reflect on our responses to adversity and encourages the pursuit of wisdom and understanding over aggression. By fostering dialogue and empathy, we can work towards a more peaceful and harmonious society."

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout I did a little research, and it looks as though Trump only said he MIGHT declare them as a terrorist organization. He's on unsure ground with this, constitutionally, because if he violates an American citizen's right to protest, he is violating the free speech amendment.

AND the police would have to arrest ALL the protesters, and investigate their laptops and phones to find out whether or not they ARE Antifa! Actually, I think this would be a job for the FBI.

Now, when protesters become violent and break the law...THEN he can do something. And he is. They announced on the news this morning that he has sicced Pam Bondi onto Berkeley. She is going to investigate a few discrepancies...such as...why is Berkeley so safe when the Dalai Lama comes to visit...but when conservatives have an event...it is extremely UNsafe.

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout I have to make a correction here. Trump actually DID declare Antifa to be a terrorist organization, and I saw Kash Patel, Director of the FBI on the news last night, and he said that the FBI has been working on a deep nationwide investigation of the group.

So they are already after them. As with any large investigation, it will probably take a lot longer than we would like before we see these criminals end up in a federal prison.
