I read a quote somewhere. It's kinda like that but they applied it to dating.
When you're in a date, observe how your date treats the waiters, security guards, janitors or basically those people who serve you both. You can't tell if he's good by how he treats his equal or people he considers above him. But watch how he treats people he thinks are beneath him. That would show you if he's good.
