It all maters what the intentions of the people with the weapons are, if they are noble and just, and they are organized or not, and if they are capable of controlling and maintaining said weapons in an organized manner. Is it possible to do that? I think so, depending on the circumstance and context. Can most Americans do that? No.
I have a feeling he was talking about HIS group of people when he said that. Because the Black Panthers had many angry whites and the entire US Gov gunning for them and trying to infiltrate. Especially the fucking alphabet gangs.

@YourMomsSecretCrush I think there's a middle path here. Gun control doesn't have to mean banning all guns; it can mean licensing and training and registering, just like with drivers' licenses.
Did you know there's a federal law against creating an electronic database for gun ownership? Every time a weapon is recovered from a mass shooting, an army of people have to dig thru little slips of paper to see where and when the gun was sold. Isn't that absurd??
