Shower, brush my teeth and bed. Nothing like her. Lol

Take off clothes, crawl into bed

TWO hours before bedtime I have to use my inhaler to clear out my lungs, and then spray my sinuses with Flonase and an allergy spray. After I am done coughing and sneezing and blowing my nose, I brush my teeth, watch Gutfeld, and go to bed.

I mean this just makes sense

floss 🪥 and rinse them put in my night guard and start tossing
