90 due to a recent health issue

physically i feel my age mentally i feel 25 👍

I feel 35

70 feeling like 95. But then I see folks in their 90s full of life and still very active. So maybe I have to push that to 120.

I look like I'm 40 but my left shoulder reminds me that I'm 51.

My brain says 25, my knees say 75 and the rest of me is WTF

I feel my age :) i think ive prob read more paper books and played old video games on the nintendo super nintendo N64 sega genesis sega dreamcast playstation 1/2 and gameboy color making me older hahah

I'm headed for 40 next year. The struggle is real.

No idea. At least in my seventies even though I'm 63. Retired and my right foot has been having issues. Probably brought on by stress. Dog is over 17 so being a hospice nurse to him isn’t helping. GF is also having health issues. Probably also dog stress related. I did go out and bought a new bike today. Have not been on a bike for over 15 years since I fell and hurt my wrist. Old bike was too big. Suspensions on it made it unstable.

I tend to age more slowly than most. I feel 50. And that is a fine thing.

Have you taken care of yourself well? Do you take supplements? Do you see a doctor for yearly visits? Do you exercise regularly? Do you sleep adequately? How is your mental outlook? Do you have a support system? All these effect how you age.

Im 38 and feel 50! My back has gone. Due to my work and long shifts. Dread to think what ill feel like at 50!

I felt great at 50/51....but at 54 I'm in a ton of pain.
