They were banned in the schools here, and my third grade teacher read the first book to us secretly at the end of the school year, and then quit. I read the second right after that, and the third book was released that summer. Then I waited for each to be released after that

@itsok we had a library teacher that read us the first one. That’s crazy they were banned for you, they were so tame lol. I think our teachers would’ve been happy if we were reading anything
