I read an online survey

It said almost 10% of Americans want Donald Trump to stand for election again in 2024. Seriously? After what happened at the Capitol building last year and how he put pressure on officials to act in a way that was unconstitutional? And after he claimed vice president Mike Pence a traitor?

The man is not fit for office , just like the clown that we here in the UK have as our prime minister

i am a brit too and i agree whole heartedly what you say about johnson . he is a compulsive liar and if his owe member of his own back bench had any moral consciene they would of done the decent think and voted against him in the no confidence vote. but all they showed me what i already l have known for a long time are the conservative party are a party of immoral spinless cowards .[awesomebutanxious]

That's fine. It's only 10%. Boris is more of a problem though, or more importantly it's the fact that Labour are not capitalising and pushing their agenda.

Tbh, Starmer needs to go. I hope he is fined for his "Beergate". Labour needs a new leader.

@SW-User Starmer doesn't attack when he should. He treats PMQ's like a court case trying to convince a skeptical jury

@SW-User I think Starmer is trying to play it safe and avoid any confrontation at all after Corbyn, but it's gone too far and he's like a wallflower that doesn't have any personality or stand for anything. I think he needs to go as well, he's not a leader and we need the Tories out before they wreck this country beyond repair.

I've read some interesting articles around the cult factor. What seems to be a common refrain around this one is the idea of people admitting they were wrong. Their whole belief system is on the hook and they just won't accept anything outside of their beliefs. Truth and facts are off the table. Don't understand it in any way.

Boris Johnson reminds me of Trump without the charisma, even less intelligence, even more incompetence, and doesn't give a shit. God I can't wait for him to go 😤
smiler2012 · 56-60
@Ryannnnnn agree totally the man is a bumbling buffoon

In their hearts of hearts, most Americans are fascists who don't really want democracy.
DunningKruger · 61-69, M
@Ynotisay I wish you were right.

@DunningKruger I wouldn't agree with that , I don't see Americans as fascist right wing undemocratic people

@SW-User You're still young and hopeful. Enjoy it while you can.

The bizarre phenomena that landed someone like Trump in The White House will be studied for years to come.

As for Boris - he’s far overstayed his welcome. Frankly embarrassing at this point.

I’m surprised it was so few, considering how many voted fot him in 2020.

Don't answer those surveys

If it's between Dumb and Dumber (Biden and Harris) or Trump, most people choose Trump. Yes, he acted inappropriately on many occasions and yes he has a brash mouth. No, he did not collude with Russia, as in Russiagate. No, he was not leading the capitol thing. These are conspiracy hoaxes. If Trump is not the Republican candidate maybe we can get Herschel Walker in.
