They're making an effort

Being on an American site I have become accustomed to it.

Not at all. It's good to see someone making the effort.

I worked at a university for 25 years. It’s kind of surprising at how when you work long enough with others who speak in broken English you can train yourself to understand them a lot better. My attitude was that I only spoke one language and here they are communicating the best they can in another language when they need to and that’s a lot more than I can say for myself.

It doesn't bother me.. i respect people learning a 2nd language (or more)

Not at all. Chances are English is their second, third or fourth language. As long as I can understand what they’re attempting to communicate, I’m good.

Nope, not at all. I can't speak another language, so why would I let it bother me when someone is learning a new language.

It bothers me when I need info or something done over the phone and I get some guy from India who I can’t understand.. 🇦🇺
