Spotted dick? 😂😂😂
TexChik · F
@saragoodtimes If you say it's good I will believe you
TexChik · F
@PhoenixPhail 😂😉

Matt85 · 36-40, M
@Matt85 don't know what you're missing when prepared properly
@saragoodtimes Because they're intelligent creatures.

😳
I don’t eat things that wink or squirt at me 😌
Livingwell · 61-69, M
@SW-User You're losing out... 😆
WolfGirlwh0r3 · 36-40, T
No for me, they have been proven to be very intelligent and i refuse to eat things with proven reasoning skills!
SW-User
Octopi are quite smart. We should leave them off the menu.
@SW-User I agree. Even animals which aren't smart have as much right to life as those which are. Although, I am a meat-eater. I've tried being a vegetarian, but I always return to eating meat. It's a hard habit to break.
DrWatson · 70-79, M
I have had it at sushi places.

It's OK.
SW-User
Yes but not like that.

Takoyaki 😋
SW-User
@SW-User Takoyaki is so weird feeling!
SW-User
@SW-User true but you get used to iy, gotta find a place that makes it well, I’ve had undesirable Takoyaki before but a couple places I’ve tried it at was pretty damn good.
SW-User
@SW-User Maybe I will have to try it again at a different place. I've had it at a convention as well as in a random sushi restaurant in Richmond VA years ago. But maybe neither of those were the best places lol.
MarineBob · 56-60, M
Depends on the restaurant
@MarineBob even good restaurants sometimes screw it up
not as long as there are other options. LOL
ineedadrink · 51-55, M
I love calamari in a vinaigrette, never had octopus.
Livingwell · 61-69, M
Yes. Although not cooked like that.
TexChik · F
Aww thank you sweetie !
Madmonk · M
Had some last weekend. Made a soup. It was really good. Not much flavor though. Mostly just texture. Can’t overcook it.

@Madmonk when cooked right it's a delicacy. fine line between delicacy and disaster however
Madmonk · M
@saragoodtimes so true. I may have cooked mine a minute too long. It was still good. I’ll be more vigilant next time
I will and I have!
SW-User
No. I think it's sad.
Not if I were being tortured and starving🤣.

But I said the same thing about oysters until my date suggested them and 'prettied' me into trying them. Gawwwwd was she good looking. 😍
Teslin · M
Calamari, YES
Coldplay · 61-69, M
Absolutely!!
JimboSaturn · 56-60, M
Yes for me.
Ontheroad · M
Yes for me.
ElRengo · 70-79, M
Is that an octopus?
SalttyDawg · 70-79, M
I've had calamari, does that count?
tbh I'll try just about anything twice, but that doesn't even look appealing.
@SooperSarah calamari is a squid, octopus is an octopus with a mild slightly sweet taste. I like both along with scungelli
sarabee1995 · 26-30, FVIP
Had it several times. Not my favorite dish, but if prepared right can be quite good.

Not for me, thanks.
Octopus is a very intelligent creature. Should be banned from being eaten by people
@ElRengo love all seafood
ElRengo · 70-79, M
@saragoodtimes
Same here, my friend!
SW-User
Yes for me
Sevendays · M
I'd try it.
scooogy · 31-35, MVIP
The suction cups remind me of a shower mat 👀
Fungirlmmm · 51-55, F
No, thank you. My throat is closing up just looking at it.
SW-User
Ummm. No.
exexec · 70-79, C

I found 3 of those in a filthy sink on a 911 call once
Waxfoot · 56-60, M

The natural ratio for bipedal carnivores is one mouth to four limbs. So, clearly, if humans were suppised to eat octopus, they would have two mouths.

Admittedly, some do speak out of their arses, but these are, strictly defined, false mouths, and do not invalidate the basic hypothesis.
SW-User
Have had calamari many times, but that is squid.

Have not had straight up octopus that I can remember, outside of sushi or Takoyaki.
nah I'm good ,,🤢
workathome · 56-60, M
Oh, Hell to the No!
BabyLonia · F
No

I am massively allergic to shell fish so will not touch it
@BabyLonia Octopuses are classified as cephalopods, not mollusks. So, they're not shell fish. But, you still might be allergic.
BabyLonia · F
@PhoenixPhail and because the allergy is deathly i am not prepared to take the risk
@BabyLonia Very smart choice. 👍 I wouldn't risk it, either.
Atlotto · M
I've had canned octopus, so why not.
No too chewy for me.
@aboveaverageaveragejoe if chewy it was overcooked. has to be carefully watched when cooking
Musicman · 61-69, M
Definitely not! 🤢
