Question to the employer?

If someone has a legally supportable medical reason to smoke if you take one hit of a bowl on a nonsmoking property (unrealistic for a University by the way). The effects of which last about 10 to 15 minutes completely sober upon arrival, how bad is that? asking for a friend.

If I were the employer then the person would need to find another job

@Onestarlitnight ah that makes sense liability on phones though really?
@jehova
Liability around the facilities, liability for something happening directly to you.
And yes, liabilities on the phone for any number of reasons.
If you can’t function for extended periods without medicating yourself then you’re disabled and and mental health issues are particularly serious and problematic

@Onestarlitnight ok so just keep it to at home. Also the friend doesnt have to smoke but their preformance is just as good either way.
@exchrist
Just keep it at home that way the employer doesn’t need to know

@Onestarlitnight thats what ill convey to them. Pretty much what I was tell him anyway. But in understanding a new position with a probationary period. These details and considerations are very helpful.
