i know i have been joking all night and stuff but, serious question

have any of you grown up in homes so fcked up that you crave getting bodily beaten? i know i sound CRAZY saying that, but my body like..remembers the chaos, and i crave it 😪

I read of that, but in manners of psychological abuse. In your case I'd have guessed the opposite, like beating someone.

@scooogy i'm so sorry to hear. you deserved nothing but love! when you say you have "heard of that but in matters of psychological abuse", do you mean that the psychologically abused crave the physical? bc i have often thought that was why. like..if only this was physical pain, i could take it..but this mental/spiritual/emotional TORTURE is about to break me.

@foldedunfolding I rather mean that the psychologically abused people took that wrong treatment as the right one and associated it as being shown love.

@scooogy i was one of the rare ones who always knew, and stood up against, the mistreatment..even when i was younger. i can say im proud of that.
