@PoetryNEmotion That and a grilled cheese sandwich. I get a little angry when people complain about having to eat a sandwich for dinner. If you can’t eat gluten bread it makes it harder to figure out a simple meal. You have to cook or eat a can of beans or something.

@PoetryNEmotion yes, I use whatever I have available. Last night I had almond flour and sesame seeds so used those mixed with coconut and brown sugar as the stuffing. Sugar and flour for the pastry, stuffed, then fried in grape seed oil at medium low heat.

Not too sweet, just enough. It could use butter - clarified butter works nice, just extra work.
