Putin just reinstated a soviet union era award called the Mother's Heroine award to increase the population. Mothers that have 10 children will get one million rubles which is only about $16.000 US. Most Russian families with only a couple of kids are struggling so a family with 10 kids will really have it ruff even with a million rubles. Cheers and happy weekend!
