How much Uranium and Plutonium has Russia made since they retook Chernobyl in the Ukraine

How many Nuclear warheads do you think they've made since then?
From Chernobyl???

Chernobyl has been decommissioned for a few years now... the reactors are shut down, so I doubt they would have been making uranium and plutonium from the plant.

It would need to be restarted, assuming that they didn't render the reactors unusable when they were decommissioned - we don't know if Ukraine was required to do this in exchange for the money they got for the new safe confinement building.

The only thing that it's still being used for is to cool spent fuel within the cooling tanks. I guess that it could theoretically be possible to create a small explosion by depriving the spent fuel of water - but I doubt that would do much beyond irradiating soldiers.

I'd be more worried about radiation being kicked up from the ground and damage to the new safe confinement building.

Zero, simply because 1) it's expensive and they're economically castrated and 2) it's unnecessary, they have already enough.
Why would anyone fight for a desolate land, in the first stage of a war?

None, for several reasons:

1. They were not in possession of the plant long. You don't go in, open up a spigot and fill a container.

2. The plant is buried, so it's not producing anything.

I hope that place blows up in their face.
