PUTIN warned Biden that if he provided Ukraine with a long range US Missile systems to attack Russia, it would be the beginning of WWIII. Tactical battlefield nukes were to follow such an act.

Biden doesn't care, and JUST did it anyway. I guess it's really, really important to Biden to EFF the entire world on his way out, and just let Trump try to deal with it.
