And your claims about the Constitution are demonstrably false. Neither schools nor parents nor children are mentioned in the Constitution.
And nothing in the Constitution prevents the law from making teachers mandated reporters. Because home is the most common place for children to be injured. And the family remains the most common source of violence in the early years of a child's life. The law recognizes these problems and has made teachers mandated reporters. Because parents don't "own" children either.
