[b]House Republicans vowed they would conduct a comprehensive set of investigations into Hunter Biden and President Joe Biden’s financial dealings, and they have started to deliver on that promise.
House Oversight Chairman James Comer of Kentucky has set a date of March 10 for the first hearing into the Bidens’ business conduct as it pertains to Hunter Biden.
Hunter Biden and Family Under a Microscope The inquiry will also investigate other family members of Joe Biden besides Hunter. The committee is looking into the president’s brother James, and his relatives and their employees.
Comer has long set his sights on examining the Bidens’ international business practices and other domestic financial dealings.[/b]
It would be great if one of these endless streams of investigations lead to some kind of punishment for the bad guys. But, that part never seems to happen. Maybe this will be one!

@ElwoodBlues It's amazing how conservatives have built an entire world around those two words. You'd think with all of this investigation, they would have found the billions supposedly flowing to the "big guy," or at least have proof of who the "big guy" is. Trump was president in 2017, maybe he's the "big guy."

Yeah, almost 4 years and two failed prosecutions. BUT! I think one guy got a speeding ticket, LOL!!!
For comparison, the Mueller investigation lasted 22 months, produced 8 felony convictions and hundreds of pages of reports. Durham doesn't want to admit he has jackshit, but, in fact, truth is, he has jackshit.
@ElwoodBlues The Durham Investigation. Wasn't that the one that spent over $10 million, had multiple trials that failed to present sufficient evidence to convict, and had one minor conviction for a low level FBI employee?
@windinhishair Yes indeed! In 46 months, Durham has brought charges against 3 people; two were acquitted; one guy was sentenced to a few weeks of community service. Durham still has to write a report to end his investigation; who knows when that will be.
Oh and if you're thinking Durham is gonna suddenly indict a whole bunch of people, the the statute of limitations on most federal crimes in 5 years, meaning charges must be filed within 5 years of the potentially criminal act.
The 5-year window is already closed for everything up to a year after Trump took office, so maybe Durham is gonna weave his report in macrame or something and that's why it's taking so long!!

This can only cast a vague shadow on the US activities that brought the Russian invasion. Nobody would dare talk about the coup or the Nazification Dems and the GOP backed.
