Arguing with a MAGA cultist on SW, summarized

MAGA makes an unfounded assertion.

I request evidence of the assertion.

MAGA shares a clueless or inane meme, possibly with racist overtones.

I again request evidence.

MAGA makes an excuse for why there is no evidence.

I inform them that I do not believe their excuse.

MAGA commits the burden of proof fallacy, demanding that I disprove it.

I inform them that the burden of proof fallacy exists.

MAGA then makes the false claim that no matter what evidence they provide, I wouldn't believe it.

I again ask for evidence, assuring them that if they provide reliable evidence, I will consider it.

MAGA makes a reference to a time when a previous president did something superficially similar to what the current president is doing.

I point out that it is 2026, not whatever year it was when the other person was president.

MAGA's attention span has reached its limit, and they begin insulting me.

I retaliate, because there's not much else to do at that point.

Someone blocks someone.

Special thanks to @Convivial for reminding me about the whataboutism.

Well, to your first point. MAGAs probably don't realize they are making unfounded assertions. They get their info from right wing websites and don't understand why that's not proof.
