I think we've heard it from the same people who established their Chamber of Culture to bring musicians, actors, painters, writers, reporters and filmmakers into ideological alignment. Kinda like tRump is trying to do with Bruce Springsteen, Taylor Swift, the Kennedy Center, etc.

This was a formalization of their "Coordination and synchronization" AKA Gleichschaltung; the process of bringing political, educational, cultural, and social organizations and institutions into ideological alignment with the political leadership. Oh, and their version of DEI abolishment was called Aryanization.
