Did you hear the good news about the Canadian/US trade war?
Yesterday at a rally in Carolina Trump said that Canada has been treating the US extremely nicely recently. And he added that the tariffs he imposed on Canada have had the effect of improving relations.
Maybe it's just a joke because he looked like this when he said it. Cheers!
I saw a news blurb where a reporter asked him if he was canceling campaign rallying because he was tired of traveling, and trump got really nasty and personal with the reporter.
@MoveAlong A couple of weeks ago a reporter asked Trump whether he’d restart trade talks between the two nations before the U.S. midterm elections. Trump answered that Canada “behaves very badly with the United States, and I don’t know. Uh, we’ve caught them in the act. They charged us a lot of tariffs that nobody knew about — except me.” And know 5 days before the midterms he is claiming Canada is treating him extremely nicely. And I'm sure no body knows about that except him. Cheers!
