tRump's full quote:

Let ‘em take out San Diego. This is a very small price to pay and it’s going to be over very soon. It’s essentially almost over with.”
He introduces two new subjects,taking out LA & SD, then calls that a very small price to pay. He may have intended to go back to talking about gas, but he didn't reintroduce gas as his subject, thus his subject is LA & SD.

What tRump actually suggested on April 23, 2020 was to inject disinfectant.
“And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning? Because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it'd be interesting to check that, so that you're going to have to use medical doctors on, but it sounds—it sounds interesting to me.”
Yep, "Dr" tRump, the stable medical genius, suggested injecting disinfectant. And yes, sodium hypochlorite is one of the most common and widely used disinfectants in the world. It's also the active ingredient in most bleaches.
How is saying something like that not grounds for immediate impeachment and removal from office. Also some countries have an imperative granted to the military to remove from office any leader or government that undermines the peace and security of their country. I wonder if the United States does not posses such an imperative within the content of its constitution or laws.

I have to admit he is the most inarticulate speaker ever to be President. Here is a perfect case. So out of context because of how he delivered those remarks. I have been thinking this every time I hear gaffs like this and people jump on it because it's completely misunderstood.
