Does this sound like something Hitler's Treasury Secretary might of said?

Trump's Treasury Secretary recently said Canada was like a little yippy dog. Then he compared Canada to a small dog provoking a much larger German shepherd.
What I find funny (funny strange - not funny ha ha) is of all the large dog breeds he chose a German shepherd. And maybe it's because Trump and his goonies admire Hitler's plan for world domination. Cheers!
