How long before Trump starts saying Kim Jong Un is smart for massing troops along the South Korean border?

Trump said Putin was smart when he first starting massing troops along the Ukrainian border and it showed me who's side he was on. So I'm sure Trump will soon be ranting about how great Kim is and how bad South Korea is. And once again it will show who's side Trump is on. Cheers!
