Guardian angle of the strait?

Trump is now saying that the US will be the Guardian angle of the strait by controlling it and charging a 20% fee for each ship that passes through. In the past Trump's secretary of war has said that the US will show no mercy no quarter. That doesn't sound very angelic to me. Cheers!

@Iwillwait Well 20% did seem a bit greedy - 15% seems more reasonable - not. There were no tolls on ships passing through the straight before Trump started the war so all his guardian angle of the strait plan will do is increase the cost of oil. Cheers!

Thought I would add what no mercy no quarter might look like.
An enemy that had both legs and both arms blow off and they were lying on the ground clutching a white flag on a stick in their teeth - they should be shown no mercy no quarter and killed. It really bugs me when Trump compares himself with any thing Holly. Cheers!
