What is holding him back is that his NEXT steps involve turning off the electricity and water for 91 million innocent people...who are being held hostage, in effect, by the IRGC.

He has stated very clearly that he does NOT want to do that. He does NOT want to punish the ethnic Persian people who are basically being held hostage.

That does NOT mean that he will NOT act. He is simply very, very patient...and wants to try financial battle some more...FIRST.

@Gibbon Exactly. If the entire country were the IRGC, then I would feel no remorse, either. However, he DID act...last night. He bombed more rocket launchers along the coastline.

@Gibbon Yup. He ran out of patience at just about the same time that you did! He is STILL saying that he will not take out their bridges, and STILL saying he doesn't WANT to take out their electric plants. But he really NEEDS to send them back to the dark ages.
