Trump abruptly canceled an event to sign a bipartisan affordable-housing bill Wednesday, announcing the ceremony was off as he fumed about the Senate not passing his bill to impose new rules on elections. Cheers!

Yes, but while he does this a lot, he isn't the first to do it.

The good part is that a judge just ruled his SAVE America Act is at least partly unconstitutional. That will tie it up for a bit (or permanently) and should help him see his way to signing the house affordability bill.

All elections are rigged. He is trying to fix it. I'm not sure the fix is legal, but its better then nothing.
