I think they are complaining about the illegal demolition of the East Wing of the White House, the lack of transparency over what will replace it, and the ethical implications of funding a $400m federal project entirely out of private donations. Not what the thing is called.

@newjaninev2 I read that too. But it is actually a step in the right direction. Believing that billionaires will simply "give" $200m or $300m to a public project is naive in the extreme.
