@ron122 Well he managed to use his position of power shake down a broadcaster for $15m, if you consider that a "win". But on the subject of the libel action, no he did not win.

@ron122 He sued ABC when their anchor said he was "liable for rape", when in fact he was "liable for sexual abuse". It was a cynical action intended to exhaust the resources of his opponent. It would have been interesting to have seen the outcome if the sction had ever got to court.
