One thing I will say is that he may have lost this year, but if the ceasefire holds and there is meaningful progress toward a lasting peace in the Middle East, he may be harder to ignore next year...

Apart from being a rather odd question to ask there are several things wrong with the idea quite apart from its obvious inhumanity.

Unfortunately it also reinforces the opinion those of us outside the US have of the sorry state of US knowledge of the world.

The prize in question, the Peace Prize, is not awarded in Stockholm, nor is it awarded by the Swedes.
