Clinton deported 8000 thousand obama deported over 2 million where was all this righteous indignation then ?
@kodiac the difference is that they granted everyone due process. But thanks for acknowledging that democrats did in fact fight illegal immigration. 👍

Btw, the question was about the fifth amendment, not about deportation in general. Nice strawman.

@NerdyPotato So during obama 2 million people got a court appearance? Why does any of this concern you since you're not American?
@kodiac that question gets boring, but ok... Human rights concern me because I'm human. It's not that hard to understand. And yes, people who got deported got a court appearance. That's how it's supposed to work according to the Constitution. You know, that thing the USA is so proud about, or was anyway.

@NerdyPotato Prove that2 million people got a court appearance. That's not possible. It must be hard carrying the weight of the whole world on your shoulders. Aren't there human rights violation in other places, what about the white farmers being slaghtered in Africa?
@kodiac you want me to provide 2 million links to court case records? I'm not going to do that, because it doesn't matter to me enough to spend a month on this, and I don't believe you'll check them anyway. Besides, you made the claim that Obama deported people without due process, so the burden of proof is on you. Show me one person who was deported without a chance to prove he wasn't illegal.
kodiac · 22-25, M
@NerdyPotato Why not admit you can't prove what you say? I can easily prove obozo deported 2 million people. You can't prove any of them got a court hearing. 2 million people hell they would still be standing in line ! So what obozo did doesn't matter to you but you can't sleep at night if Trump does the same thing.

@NerdyPotato

.....according to the Constitution.......

MAGA fails to understand the concept that without the Constitution, the United States literally does not exist.
BrandNewMan · 61-69, M
@kodiac Due process was restricted under Clinton and again Obama .. including not having court dates.

@kodiac just admit you can't prove they didn't get a court hearing. Citing one case would be much easier than citing 2 million and the burden of proof isn't on me.

@NerdyPotato Did you read the response right above yours? Common sense which is seriously lacking in liberal minds , but any thinking person must admit it would take decades for any court to hear 2 million cases. Ok 1 case elon the little 4 year old that was dragged out of bed in the middle of the night and deported on live tv .Also since you're not American and what happens here has no effect on you i don't need to prove anything to you.
@kodiac how convenient that you only have a first name that dominates the news in other ways so it's impossible to find the case you're referring to. And human right violations do affect all humans.
kodiac · 22-25, M
@NerdyPotato elian gonzalez Wikipedia, there i did the hard part for you.Human rights? And you think illegals being deported is the worst made up violation? No response to my question about the white farmers being slaughtered in africa? The civilians in gaza ,the civilians in Ukraine? These should be keeping you up at night ,being a champion of human rights and all.Admit it you hatec America and Americans.
@kodiac thanks, that was helpful. Here you go:
On March 21, Judge Kevin Michael Moore of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida dismissed the relatives' petition for asylum which they had filed on behalf of Elián González.

And no response to red herrings indeed. This is complicated enough if we stay on topic. If you want to discuss other issues, you're welcome to create your own thread for that.
kodiac · 22-25, M
@NerdyPotato It's not your thread so you have no say as to what i post on it .Still refusing to answer questions i see.
@kodiac I'm happy to answer questions related to my comment. Are you willing to supply a single case of the Obama administration not offering deportees a court hearing? Tip: read the article yourself before you mention it this time.
