@BohemianBabe The fact is it doesn't only violate U.S. law and the constitution, it violates international law. Every civilized country in the world recognizes that they can't deport their own citizens. Except the United States, land of the free?

@flipper1966 It sucks, but at this point we need to acknowledge that America isn't part of the free world anymore. It's possible things change soon, but for now we have to view America the same way we view countries like Iran and China, where the individual doesn't have first world human rights.
